
SAP CX Functional Consultant

- Performing accurate estimations & sizing of enhancement and project delivery within the scope of the applications environment
- Developing, deployment, and testing of software systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability
- Supporting internal stakeholders present data, system operations to cement / grow external stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated experience in SAP CX modules, particularly Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (C4C) applications, including Level 2/3 BAU support.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change using an industry approved discipline, e.g. Agile, Waterfall or other.
- At least 1 Project Implementation experience (either Commerce Cloud or Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (C4C)) with hands-on configuration experience.
- Proven experience with Vendor performance management.
- Prior experience with system implementations, upgrades, configuration, testing, documentation and reporting.
- Excellent computer skills of SAP, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools - SNOW experience preferred.
- Preferred Commerce Cloud support experience in an integrated retail system environment.
- Preferred understanding with front-end technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration capabilities.
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification in Technology or Business-related discipline or at least ten-years' experience working with SAP as a functional consultant responsible for supporting SAP and delivering change.
