We value our people as one of our greatest assets and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.About the Role:We are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Finance and Insurance Manager who is a true team player and ready to assist us in our continued sales growth across the business.You will be responsible for managing the Finance & Insurance sales and transactions for your dealerships and have a strong ability to make and maintain great relationships with customers and business partners.Key responsibilities:

Primarily you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets.
Driving the performance of all Finance and Insurance Products available to you through our Financial Services, and other Finance Partners, Pursuing profitable growth
Identify new opportunities – customer prospecting
Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
Maintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurers
Provide the best customer experience possible.

To succeed in the role, you need:

1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.
Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to help customers realize their vehicle ownership and protection dreams.
Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment.
Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership.
