Join our Amplar Local team and help people live healthier, more independent lives across Blacktown and surrounding areas in both Community and Aged Care settingsThis is a flexible permanent part-time role (0.4 to 0.8 FTE), ideal for someone who values autonomy, variety, and meaningful work.💼 What You'll Be Doing:You'll work with a diverse range of clients in their homes and occasionally in residential aged care settings, helping them achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Our services include:
  • Private services - supporting individuals with self-identified needs
  • Rehab in the Home - post-orthopaedic surgery recovery
  • Hospital in the Home - post-hospitalisation support
  • Home Care Packages - helping clients stay independent at home
  • Residential Aged Care - delivering group and 1:1 exercise programs
👤 About You:
  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with 1+ years' experience (community or rehab preferred)
  • Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Based in or near Blacktown, with your own vehicle (KM reimbursement provided)
  • Passionate about person-centred care and improving lives through movement
