
New Home Sales Consultant

- Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
- Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR / duplex project. H&L experience is also attractive!
- Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
- Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
Whilst you must be available to work Saturday & Sunday, the ideal candidate will also be a driven, sales hunter who is also comfortable in making house call appointments with your valued clients and managing relationships across the sales process. You will love working out how you can bring your clients project to life, with no project too difficult.
- A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST
- Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
- Sound knowledge of KDR & duplex
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
- Ability to build great relationships
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Ability to work weekends
