You'll lead every stage of the project lifecycle-from discovery and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment-ensuring high-quality execution throughout. Your day will involve facilitating interactive workshops, providing strategic training, and building trust-based relationships, positioning you as a trusted advisor and change leader. As a senior leader, you'll manage teams, oversee timelines and resources, and seek continuous improvement and automation opportunities to maximise client value.About You
  • You're a motivated, innovative professional with a strong background in HR, payroll, or business operations, ideally with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar systems.
  • You bring deep knowledge of core HR functions-recruitment, performance management, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance-and a proven track record of managing or improving HR workflows with a focus on efficiency and strategic impact.
  • Your technical expertise spans Oracle's security model, data structures, Fast Formulas, and BI tools, and you're proactive in identifying solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to inspire teams, build trust with clients, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
