This is a pivotal role driving performance, innovation, and growth in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This role reports directly into the National General Manager - Cleaning and is based in our Brisbane office, located in Southbank.As Regional General Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of cleaning services across multiple sites. You'll lead a high-performing team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring service excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:

Lead workforce planning and operational logistics across regional contracts
Drive performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and deploy cleaning strategies, equipment solutions, and chemical systems
Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and contract SLAs
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
Engage with industry bodies and drive sustainable service practices
Achievement of budget and o versight on P&L across State
Driving the achievement of the Year on Year Sales Target
Achievement of Key Account Essentials in the State KA's
