
Maintenance Officer

- Minor repairs to walls, locks, flooring and screens.
- Transportation, assembly and installation of appliances, furniture and equipment.
- Replacing lightbulbs.
- Minor carpentry and painting.
- Conducting grounds maintenance.
- Organise vehicle service and inspections, occasionally completing minor replacement works such as headlights, tyres, or windscreen wipers.
- Promptly review and respond to repair needs.
- Identify, report and mitigate hazards.
- Plan, complete and report on maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate cost effective repair or replacement.
- Maintain effective working relationships with key contractors.
- Build positive working relationships with Tenants.
- Professional qualification or relevant work experience in a trade or general maintenance
- Unrestricted C-Class NSW Driver License
- Ability to self-direct and independently manage workload
- Problem solving and strong customer service skills
- Quality driven with high attention to detail
- Prior experience in Fleet (vehicle) management or maintenance, highly advantageous but not essential.
- MS Office application skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
