They prioritize sustainability and are Carbon Neutral.Position Summary:The Technology Platforms Manager is accountable for the operational stability, scale, and performance of our technology systems. You will establish and manage operational processes, tools, and capabilities, ensuring a sustainable model for positive employee and investor experiences. This role includes driving infrastructure, workplace, and cloud strategy, partnering with service providers, and continually refining our technology platforms for optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end delivery and operations of Azure infrastructure platforms.
Communicate performance and execute improvement actions.
Orchestrate infrastructure strategies for business value.
Identify, assess, and mitigate platform-related incidents.
Provide high-quality documentation and SOPs for better planning.
Define and report product metrics against targets.
Establish processes for platform performance tracking and analysis.
Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
Foster collaboration across Operations teams.
Lead and develop the Platforms team.
Collaborate for continuous integration and deployment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Manage infrastructure operations budget and expenditures.
Oversee infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
Educate the business on cloud adoption and transformative value.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

Multiple years’ experience in a similar role.
Extensive service management and security knowledge.
Cloud infrastructure orchestration experience.
