Your ImpactWe have a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a full-time basis as an Innovation Manager. The position is responsible for the delivery and project management of new products that will drive growth and deliver our innovation objectives.You'll work cross-functionally with teams across the business to support the successful launch of new products and process improvements. Lead NPD projects through their lifecycle from concept to delivery and deletion. Includes minor NPD, BIFG NPD, value optimization/simplification and deletion projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, production, and more) to drive project progress.
Assist with budget tracking for production trials, sensory testing, and other project costs.
Stakeholder management across internal departments e.g. brand, channel, finance, production, science and technology to ensure cross-functional team input into NPD projects.
Arrange NPD project kick off & team meetings, track progress vs timelines ensuring a results-oriented approach to achieve project milestones.

About YouWe're looking for a highly organised, proactive individual who holds themselves to a high degree of accountability, urgency and follow through. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across different teams.
Experience with project management, brand management, or FMCG (through studies, internships, or work experience).
A degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
