Managing the front desk, meeting and greeting clients
Assisting and running marketing campaigns
Processing tenant applications
Assisting Property Managers with administration management
Conducting open homes
Assisting with routine inspections
Requirements
Either hold or be within the process of obtaining your QLD Real Estate Certificate
Some previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential
Team orientated - Willing to help others
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Well presented with a good telephone manner
Passionate about a long term career within real estate
Proactive mindset, like to be kept busy
