We are seeking an experienced head chef to take the helm of their newest venue opening in early June. Think lunch & dinner, modern Australian cuisine done well... a casual yet elevated setting with a community and family focus. This is your opportunity to play a key part in the group's success and to be an part of an exciting venue launch.What we are looking for:

Enthusiastic and personable with a track record of strong leadership and innovative kitchens within fast paced pub or club restaurants.
Attention to detail and a love for fresh produce
Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the business, guests, and staff.
Confident with classic Australian cuisine with a modern twist. You will be designing a menu of classics done well and responsible for seasonal menu updates.
Accountability in controlling food and labour costs.
Uphold service standards with a strong guest focus.
Build and lead your team with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
