Be the voice our customers rely on. As a Customer Interface Officer based at our Pinkenba office, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing and communication between our customers and internal stakeholders. This role is part of our National Customer Service Team for bulk products, where no two days are the same.The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus approximately one Saturday per month from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, at an overtime rate.Your OpportunityIn this role, you will:

Be the first point of contact for bulk product customers via phone and email
Process customer orders and track delivery progress
Investigate and resolve customer queries with accuracy and care
Proactively manage communications around transport delays or product availability
Build effective working relationships with logistics, operations, and sales teams
Be empowered to problem-solve and deliver timely, practical solutions
Contribute to a supportive team culture where collaboration and continuous improvement are valued

You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and loves getting things done right. You also bring:
Previous experience in a phone/email-based customer service or contact centre role
Confidence handling high-volume order processing with accuracy and resilience
Clear, professional communication and strong problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build internal and external relationships
A sharp eye for detail, even on busy days
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable)
Experience in logistics, transport or industrial sectors (advantageous)
