CompanyFounded just shy of 10 years ago, this builder is Tier 3 Commercial Builder that is responsible for delivering predominately High-End Residential and Apartment projects spanning up to $40M.Since it's founding, this builder prides themselves on their ability to consistently deliver for their clients and has a healthy pipeline of working secured.RoleThe relevant role is a 4-month contract Site Manager need, with the possibility of a permanent role on offer, and involves delivering a live $40M High-End Apartment site in Toorak.Responsibilities will include:

Managing subcontractors and trades
Creating a 4-week look ahead program
Quality assurance and OH&S
Resolving disputes that may arise on-site

Requirements

Site Manager experience delivering a luxury High-End Residential/Apartment project for a headcontractor
Proven Site Manager track record handing over project to completion
Proficient with Procore and 1breadcrumb
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Immediate availability or on short notice
