TSEG will achieve this by leading with integrity and values to enable us to provide entertainment, gaming, and leisure experiences safely, responsibly, and ethically.As our Events Executive reporting to the Events Manager, you will complete the operation requirements of both internal and external business along with private event functions and gaming tournaments, ensuring compliance with organisational objectives. You will process all event bookings from handover (from internal clients) to end, liaising with the end client throughout the process and promoting positive customer relations through the provision of excellent service, a courteous attitude and work efficiency.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our family and step into our amazing Events Centre facilities!A few of your responsibilitiesHandle and lead all corporate events from start to finishProactively seek opportunities to bring new clients and promote our brand offeringsResponsibility for all event needs, collaborating closely with relevant internal departments and suppliers to deliver a legendary guest experienceMaintain a guest focus on all services, ensuring that the delivery is timely, effective and efficientImprove guest service through the effective management of costs and service execution of each eventWhat we are looking forTertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirableDelphi & Opera experience is advantageousDemonstrated ability in Event Management, ideally within a reputable hospitality industryUnderstanding casino rules and regulations are advantageousExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDue to the nature of the industry we are committed to having fun with exciting events happening across the year, therefore, this position may require weekend work from time to time.You are a professional with a polished presentation who exudes passion and motivation in creating and hosting events. Your exceptional communication skills are instrumental in your ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our events at The Star.
