We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to take up this opportunity and join our team as a Health Service Manager!This role is responsible for providing support services for the administration of clinical governance and risk within the Mental Health Service (MHS). The Patient Safety Officer works within the Mental Health Service Clinical Governance Unit, in collaboration with stakeholders, to support delivery of a continuously improving, safe and innovative Mental Health Service. This role supports the Clinical Governance and Risk Manager in relation clinical governance portfolios and risk management. - Demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of clinical governance portfolios and risk management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in performing a range of management and administrative tasks within allocated timeframe.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare briefings, reports and presentations in relation to risk management and patient safety.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to meet current and emerging business needs.
- Current driver's licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
