You will support the Restaurant Manager in driving standards, motivating the team, and contributing to the venue’s ongoing success.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the management of service across high-volume periods
Leading, mentoring, and developing team members
Upholding service standards across food and beverage operations
Supporting rostering, training, and operational efficiencies
Acting as a role model for exceptional communication and teamwork
