- Marketing Strategy and Execution: develop and deliver marketing initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience and grow our revenues and profitability
- B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement Support: create the positioning and production of materials to support both Client and Customer audiences for our clients
- Consumer Marketing: develop sales materials, campaigns and thought leadership, using marketing technology to distribute, amplify and measure performance
- Marketing Insights and Analytics: use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to support the launch and optimise programme performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
- 5 plus years’ of relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics
- 3 plus years’ consumer marketing experience including product positioning, promotions, campaigns, and sales across multiple channels
- 3 plus years’ experience working with clients/partners, exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction
- Direct experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
- Excellent people skills: ability to build relationships, navigate and leverage cross-functional teams and internal/external resources to deliver results
- Comfortable working in matrixed environments
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with complex and changing market dynamics
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
