- Lead procurement assessments and cost planning for new developments
- Oversee contract analytics and support contract administrators
- Coordinate and present weekly approval submissions and attend key meetings
- Manage quantity surveyor outputs and expectations
- Promote compliance with CDC policies and procedures (e.g. DA requirements)
- Monitor and manage all commercial aspects of construction contracts, identifying financial risks
- Control costs and negotiate subcontractor terms in line with company protocols
- Analyse contractor pricing, rates, and quantities for accuracy and value
- Ensure contract obligations, milestones, and payments are tracked and reported effectively
- Maintain contract documentation, process variations, and support financial and administrative tasks

- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator/Quantity Surveyor/Project finance, working on large multi-disciplined construction projects.
- Proven experience in the preparation of contract agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict.
- A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery and deadlines
