Reporting to the Principal NPI Instrumentation and PCS Engineer, we are looking for an experienced Process Control Systems Engineer to join the team. You will design, develop, and deploy automation and control solutions across mine site and fixed plant operations, power, water, NPI, and new development projects. This is a hands-on role where you will deliver innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions while working with diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and commission control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI) across operational and development projects, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Review, validate, and troubleshoot engineering designs, hardware, and software systems while managing integrators and driving best practices in instrumentation and process control.
  • Provide technical guidance, develop specifications, and support project delivery to meet schedule, quality, and stretch target objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 7+ years’ experience in control systems engineering, PLC/SCADA programming (GE/Emerson, Siemens, Ignition SCADA advantageous).
  • Experience in power, renewable energy, HME/Automotive, or high-voltage systems highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and stakeholder management skills.
