- Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
- Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.
- You’ll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a client-centric environment.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. (Having Mandarin speaking skills will be beneficial).
- Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
