Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.What you’ll be doing

Empowering energy transformation – support clients in developing power generation, energy storage, and transmission and distribution design projects
Collaborating across disciplines – work closely with a range of experts to explore creative solutions to system needs
Providing insights with care – share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making
Supporting renewable progress – contribute to clean energy projects including storage, solar, and wind to help decarbonise communities
Improving systems mindfully – use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change

What you’ll bringYou blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work. You’ll also have:

A relevant engineering degree and experience in Electrical Engineering

Have obtained or have the ability to obtain RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer Queensland) qualifications
A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in energy or infrastructure
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
A willingness to question the status quo and offer new perspectives
