You’ll be the first point of contact for key accounts, ensuring orders flow smoothly from entry to delivery. This is a pivotal position where you’ll work closely with internal teams including transport and warehouse operations. It’s fast-paced, varied, and perfect for someone who thrives on juggling priorities and building strong relationships.Your day will include:
- Managing inbound calls and emails from key clients
- Entering and tracking orders accurately and efficiently
- Following up deliveries and urgent requests
- Coordinating with operations to check stock and delivery timelines
- Processing returns and resolving customer queries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service
- Positive attitude, a team player, and eager to learn
- Background in customer service, order processing, or logistics preferred
