- Display expertise in creating compelling visual displays, and a strong understanding of retail trends and customer engagement strategies
- Support line manager by executing marketing strategies that bring products to life, create displays and merchandise presentations whilst working across various departments and stakeholders
- Use creativity and combine the brand's goals with the customer's desires to create displays and visuals
- Lead the team within the store and engage with stakeholders across the wider business to champion and coordinate stock distribution that will drive customer engagement to support displays and visuals
- Encourage potential customers to enter stores and purchase merchandise
- Support VM Manager to create floor plans for retail space and situates displays in an ideal position to encourage sales
- Work with the line manager to develop marketing strategy and a creative approach to sales to promote the company's image visually
- Coach and develop team members to achieve desired results whilst celebrating success to ensure an engaged and productive team
- Have the ability to lead by example and unite the team through collaboration and engagement
- Have the ability to understand Visual Merchandising within a retail environment
- Have superior attention to detail and prioritisation skills to perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Have the ability to understand customer desires and customer engagement strategies and trends
- Possess a customer-focused mindset and exceptional communication skills
- Are adaptable and resilient to change
- Possess financial nous and analytical skills, and are savvy with systems
