Production Worker/Forklift Driver

• Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance as required.
• Assist with packaging, labelling, and shipping tasks as needed.
• Working within a dirty environment

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on role is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Must have an LF Forklift Licence
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
