  • Flexible Roster: 2-1 Roster as 2 weeks on, 1 week off, 1 week on, 2 weeks off
We are seeking a talented Mining Production Supervisor to join our inclusive and high performing Production team to work in a collaborative environment. As a Supervisor, you will have strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence our safety culture. Your ability to lead by example, be proactive and prioritise Field Leadership activities will be critical to your success. In addition, you will play a key role through:Providing leadership to a Load and Haul team operating within a large scale open pit mineThinking Big to deliver inputs to shape your work environmentStrategising daily dig unit performance to feed three Crushers as part of one of the largest Iron Ore hub in the worldMentor and develop the daily interactions of the production teamPositively influence business decisions through your clear decision making skillsChallenge daily operations and performanceMaximise compliance within the operational planAlign duties across the production team to ensure development targets are achievedYou will be based at our 'Area C' mine site on a fly-in fly-out 2:1 roster. Our Area C mine is located approximately 100kms North West of Newman, West Australia. The outstanding facilities at the FIFO village include; a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, netted cricket pitch, tennis and basketball court, beach volleyball court and recreation room including a pool table, darts, table tennis, TV and DVD player. All rooms at the village have their own ensuite bathroom, television, refrigerator and air-conditioning.About YouWe have a strong focus on finding individuals with the right values, leadership capability, and communication skills.   • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or other related disciplines
  • Resource industry and site based experience
  • Experience in open pit operations
