Job Description:Robert Half are partnering with a highly reputable and well-established Wealth Management firm with operations across the ANZ region. As the business continues to evolve and scale, they are investing heavily in their data capabilities and looking to bring in top-tier talent to support this growth.We're seeking a Data Integration Engineer with a strong background in the Microsoft technology stack who will support enterprise-wide data initiatives and enable seamless data flow across systems and platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for a Mid to Senior-level professional with experience in complex data environments, ideally within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or related domains.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and integration solutions across Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and consistency across platforms.
Integrate data from multiple on-premises and cloud sources.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration workflows and performance.
Contribute to data governance, data quality, and best practice frameworks.
Participate in strategic data projects supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Data Integration Engineer
Strong expertise across the Microsoft data stack, including but not limited to:

SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL)
Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse / Azure Data Lake
Power BI
Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing concepts, and integration best practices.
Experience working with APIs and cloud/on-prem data sources.
Ideally experience within Financial Services / Wealth Management.
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement abilities.

Requirements:

Must have full, unrestricted full-time working rights in Australia
Must be able to attend their Sydney offices - Hybrid working environment.
