They understand the true value of an organisation comes from their people and always try to hire from within and promote ups-killing.The PositionOur client is seeking a skilled HVAC/ Refrigeration Service Technician to join their growing team. The role involves maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems while adhering to the company's safety and quality standards. You will have the opportunity to work independently, managing tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.Key responsibilities include:
  • Servicing HVAC & air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing air conditioning systems.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as call reports and time-sheets.
  • Participating in an on-call roster for after-hours service.
  • Attending toolbox meetings and training.
  • Strengthening customer relationships.

The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC or Refrigeration service and maintenance and will possess the following:
  • Relevant technical certificates and licences (Cert 3 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration - ARCTIK License)
  • Experience in Data Centres or Hospitals is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence.
