ABOUT THE ROLEThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Pharmacist who enjoys the opportunity to travel and work as a permanent full or part time relieving Pharmacist across our stores with structured weekly plans. This role is based in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast with travel opportunities in QLD and NSW.You must be adaptable and flexible to work in a variety of stores, be competent dispensing prescriptions, passionate about engaging with patients, able to provide basic staff direction and resolve day to day business critical issues.This position will be based in Queensland, however, there may be interstate travel from time to time on an as needed basis, that is mutually agreed to NSW. Travel allowances will be paid if this occurs.The successful applicant will be a positive individual who can contribute to the success of Star Pharmacy Group. Prior experience in a similar role and the ability to demonstrate leadership and initiative will be desired.This role provides a unique opportunity for a results oriented, customer service focused person with great customer engagement and business delivery techniques.You will work closely with our Professional Services team and will support our Pharmacy teams on the deliver great service and will be at the forefront of best practice.VALUED ATTRIBUTES:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Current police clearance or willing to obtain one
Solid experience working as a Pharmacist in a community pharmacy
Proven experience with 7CPA professional pharmacy practice programs
Experience with Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) and compliance with pharmacy regulations
Familiarity working with key performance indicators
Experience with budgets, wages and gross profit margin management is desirable
Familiarity with Minfos Dispense and POS is desirable
