- Detailed review of the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project
- Continually monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing changes and adjustments as required, addressing variations to planned performance.
- Prepare project reporting documentation on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis, and present project performance metrics and outcomes as required
- Involvement and support of all UGL HSSE requirements including participation in proactive safety measures and HSSE improvement plan initiatives.
- Technical trade or tertiary qualification in electrical engineering
- Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Strong negotiation, influencing skills and interpersonal skills.
