Dedicated to providing unparalleled service to customers. We are looking for an individual passionate about finance, analytics, and making a real impact in a dynamic high performing team.About the OpportunityAs the Senior Associate, you'll deliver commercial financial insights and analysis to enhance the Business Operations team's performance. Your responsibilities encompass performance assessment, budgeting, planning, and financial reporting/control. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assess, analyse and investigate financial reporting for performance, ensuring alignment with business plans/forecasts and identifying variance drivers.
Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Ensure robust balance sheet control through thorough review and reconciliation, addressing aged balances and reconciliation breaks.
Support half-year and year-end reporting
Manage financial impacts of change initiatives, mapping ledger insights, and addressing data gaps while ensuring compliance with group finance policies.

Ideal Profile

You will be CA/CPA qualified coupled with 4+ years experience in a Finance analyst/business partner position or similar
Dedicated to driving commercial insights, implementing recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building stakeholder relationships
Excellent time management skills with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
Advanced computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, PowerBI, SAP)
