As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you'll provide advanced clinical expertise, leadership and consultancy services within the Supportive & Palliative Care team at Auburn Hospital. Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.Essential RequirementsRegistration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Selection CriteriaMinimum five (5) years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least three (3) years' experience in speciality field in either Palliative Care/ Cancer Care/Advanced or Aged Care NursingPostgraduate nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the field in which he/she is appointed or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisationDemonstrated experience in the development, implementation, review and redevelopment of policy, procedures and education programmes, relevant to the clinical specialtyDemonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop/ maintain professional relationships and networks across multiple disciplines.Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to utilise information technology skills.Ability to assess, plan, initiate and manage complex cases, work to goals and targets.Requisition ID: REQ603270
