Hybrid role: 2 days in an aged care facility + 2 days in a community pharmacy.
Aged care focus: Medication reviews, updates, and education for residents, nurses, and staff.
Community pharmacy duties: Dispensing, aged care services, and customer engagement.
Schedule: 4 days per week + alternate Saturday mornings.
Training provided to ensure confidence in aged care responsibilities.
Skills Required:
General registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist.
Accredited ACOP training porogram
Existing MMR credential and commit to completing by 30 June 2025
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
2 years previous experience in Australia as a pharmacist
Experience with Fred dispense system (preferred).
Salary & Benefits:
$55 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
Accommodation support available.
Work in a supportive environment with 2 dispensing technicians and a retail team.
Low methadone/ORT requirements and DAA packing managed by technicians.
