  • Lead Delivery incl. facilitating & driving the delivery roadmap, addressing impediments, managing RAID and bringing stakeholders along the journey
  • Coaching squads, individuals, tribes & the organisation to improve agility
  • Embed the WooliesX best in class Agile Ways of Working and lead continuous improvement
  • Ownership of events in partnership with PMs incl. Squad / Tribe level events, Inception workshops and BRP
  • Foster transparency & visibility to encourage data-driven decisions
  • Support a thriving culture & embeds an agile mindset
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years experience working in an Agile Delivery squad or team actively contributing to the successful delivery of initiatives
  • Expertise with the use of tools which includes Miro, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent.
  • Skilled in multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), with an ability to be agnostic of agile frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward.
  • Skilled in planning, scheduling, and managing risks, issues and dependencies
