AboutOur client, a highly successful third tier builder, is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team.OverviewOur client is an established builder with a solid track record of repeat business and an enviable rate of staff retention. Due to internal movement, they are seeking a CA with five plus years experience and a track record of working on new build and refurb projects around the $10-$20million bracket for this office based role that will also require regular site visits. As the suitable candidate you will be able to work independently across multiple projects, letting, negotiating and administering subcontract packages.Requirements:

Second / third construction experience
Relevant Tertiary qualifications
Experience of working on $10-$20 million newbuild projects
Five plus years experience in a similar role
IT literate possibly with Jobpac, Procore software
A strong work ethic and first class communication skills
