- Proven experience as Professional Sales, Business Development Representative, Customer experience / service or similar role
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and hands-on experience employing multiple sales techniques
- Tertiary education in business, commercial or optometry along with optometrist, orthoptist or optical dispensing are highly desirable
- Excellent questioning skills, communication, negotiation skills, analytical skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and working knowledge of MS Office suite is essential, especially Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Valid passport, driver’s license, reliable motor vehicle and able to travel internationally and across Australia.
