The Business Development Centre (Hub) is the heartbeat of Frizelle Sunshine Automotive.Contact Centre: The voice of the business - managing inbound & outbound calls, sales enquiries, internet leads, emails, live chat, customer retention, customer service. Currently a Multi-channel contact centre soon to undergo a digital transformation to Omni-channel.By joining Frizelle Sunshine Automotive you will experience a positive culture driven by supportive teammates and management.What the role entails:
Interacting with a high volume of customers
Performing switchboard and reception-based phone functions
Providing an exceptional level of customer experience
Various ad-hoc administration-based functions
Working towards KPIs and other performance outcomes
Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities
