Compensation: $5–$7/hour (equivalent to $800–$1120/month for 40 hours/week)About the Role:
Executive Operations is looking for a highly skilled AI Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI-powered automations, workflows, and tools that integrate LLMs (Large Language Models), APIs, and third-party platforms. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to design intelligent solutions that increase operational efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Build, deploy, and manage AI/LLM-driven automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or ZapierDesign and refine prompt engineering frameworks and use-case specific LLM agentsIntegrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs via APIWork with RESTful APIs to create robust data pipelines and integrate external platformsMaintain and improve existing automation solutions to meet evolving business needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process challenges and deploy AI-driven solutionsQualifications:At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.)Proficiency with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, or similar platformsStrong skills in prompt engineering and LLM customizationWorking knowledge of Python or JavaScript for backend scriptingExperience working with APIs and automation logicStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBonus Points For:Experience building AI agents or plugin-based architecturesFamiliarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworksBackground in SaaS, BPO, or internal operations automations
