- Strategy & Operations: strategy setting, productivity and cost transformation, MOS and Lean, operating models, value chain optimization, and operational readiness.
- Digital Transformation: AI and data-driven transformations, simulations and dynamic planning, digital twins, and nerve centres.
- Infrastructure & Asset Management: asset management strategy, asset criticality, life of asset planning, asset benchmarking, and coaching and training.
- Client Advisory & Engagement: leading and delivering strategic advisory services to mining clients.
- Program Leadership: designing, leading, and overseeing business improvement programs.
- Stakeholder Management: engaging effectively with client executives, site leadership, and operational teams.
- Industry Expertise: leveraging deep knowledge of mining operations to tailor practical and implementable solutions.
- Data-Driven Insights: utilizing operational and financial data to drive root cause analysis and performance tracking.
- Team Development: mentoring and developing junior consultants and client-side project teams.
- Commercial Acumen: contributing to business development efforts through proposal writing, client relationship management, and identification of new opportunities.
- Experience in mining business improvement advisory services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- MBB or Big Four experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to travel within the country and internationally.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
