What our client requires

Minimum 3 years' experience in ServiceNow development roles
ServiceNow Admin Certification and strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell)
ITIL Practitioner Certification and experience with ITSM/ITOM/ITSM Pro modules
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, cloud infra, and enterprise-grade integrations

You will lead the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow modules to improve automation, service delivery, and platform governance.Responsibilities

Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITSM Pro)
Design and implement Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Workflows
Integrate ServiceNow with APIs and external systems across a complex enterprise
Provide documentation, technical design, and "as-built" architecture outputs
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver best-practice solutions
Build and maintain release plans and ensure solution alignment with standards
