It introduces enhanced accountabilities and responsibilities through a comprehensive governance and control framework and provides leadership, guidance, compliance and ensures all projects delivered in IOP apply a coordinated approach to business, architecture and technology convergence eliminating independent project silos.

The DNC currently has an IOP Projects Team to provide Support to all projects within Network Convergence. The team assists DNC in programmatic and technical capacities as and where required and the Contract is delivered on a Time and Materials Basis. ICT Services.
The DNC now has a requirement for a Technical Support Services (TSS) Team to provide support to all projects within the Directorate.

The Shared System Operations - Solution Architect will:

Report to the Technology Services Manager

Contribute to the design and development of solutions for complex on premise and hybrid systems.
Provide technical expertise across a number of product lines, ensuring a coherent and consistent set of architectures are applied and maintained.

Contribute to project and program reporting as required.
