The transformation you will experience.Here's your opportunity to join our Zenith agency as a Media Coordinator. The beauty of this role is in the fact you'll get the opportunity to assist across the Digital, Investment & Planning teams and work on some of the world's largest and most-loved brands.You will play a vital role in providing assistance to the team by gathering data and ensuring specifications are met. Your duties will include data loading, post matching, tracking, and overseeing holdings. Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing any issues that arise with media partners and ensuring compliance with marketing regulations.Your role will involve collaborating closely with the team to advance various campaigns across digital, TV, radio and out-of-home. You will also be accountable for tracking post-campaign performance and constantly planning, handling clients and implementation.Your scope will include:
  • Ensure completion of all tasks to time frame.
  • Digital and offline media planning & implementation across various channels.
  • Assist Account Executive / Investment Manager in any bookings across all media.
  • Accountable that all material instructions are correct and sent out in a timely fashion.
  • Assist Account Executive / Investment Manager for sourcing material target dates.
  • Assist Account Executive / Investment Manager in loading bookings into BCC correctly.
  • Accountable for digital ad ops and trafficking
  • Building effective relationships with creative agency partners and media
  • Assist the Account Executive and Investment Manager to buy, track and optimise all campaigns efficiently within set time frames.
  • Harness relationship with creative agency i.e., material instructions, deadlines etc.
  • Assist in writing up discrepancy sheets, get sign off and assist to negotiate compensation and placements.
  • Accountable that all reports are performed correctly and in agreed time.
What type of person will be successful in this role.
  • Clear and efficient communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and external partners.
  • Basic understanding and working knowledge of either SEM, Paid Social or Programmatic campaign build and/or management would be ideal.
  • An inquisitive mind who keeps up to date with digital media
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong analytical mind and great with numbers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solution-finding abilities.
  • You could have a media degree and / or internship experience OR a passion for our industry.
  • Minimum technical requirements: Basic knowledge of Excel for data management and evaluation.
