- Manage a varied caseload, delivering tailored assessments and interventions that align with best practice.
- Lead program planning, evaluation, and goal-setting in collaboration with clients and families.
- Integrate services across disciplines to provide holistic, person-centred support.
- Mentor and supervise Occupational Therapists, providing performance feedback and guidance.
- Deliver training and education programs to internal staff and external partners.
- Support student education and, where appropriate, provide direct supervision.
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Expertise in a range of OT interventions and the ability to adapt them to individual needs
- Knowledge of inclusive, child- and family-centred practices
- Experience supporting clients with high and complex needs, and mentoring others in this space
- Proven ability to supervise and develop other clinicians
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
