Could that person be you?Join us as a Lifestyle Assistant, and be part of something bigger.What you'll doAs a vital member of our Customer Wellness Team, you'll play a key role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by delivering meaningful, person-centred programs that promote independence, wellbeing, and connection. You'll work closely with residents, their families, and a passionate multidisciplinary team to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. This role offers the rewarding opportunity to make a real difference every day, while growing your skills and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.You'll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:● Deliver meaningful, person-centred wellness programs that promote residents' independence, health, and overall wellbeing.● Foster strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team to support holistic lifestyle outcomes.● Assess resident needs accurately and maintain thorough documentation to guide ongoing program improvement.● Work collaboratively with allied health professionals and external experts to ensure engaging and effective program delivery● Contribute actively to quality improvement, training opportunities, and a safe, positive workplace culture.What you'll bringTo thrive in this role, you will have:● Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or● Certificate III in Leisure & Health or working towards● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and advocate for residents● Proven ability to deliver person-centred care and wellness programs that promote independence and wellbeing● Demonstrated teamwork skills and experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environmentWe would also love you to have:● Experience working in aged care, leisure, or community support settings● Basic knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and best practices● Ability to confidently assess resident needs and tailor programs accordinglyWhy AnglicareSA?Your contribution here matters.
