The Role & ProjectMACA is seeking skilled and safety-focused Drill Fitters to join our Karlawinda Gold Project Maintenance Team on a 2:1 roster.Located near Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, The Karlawinda Gold Project is a high-quality, long-life open-pit gold mine owned by Capricorn Metals. Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Engineering Trade).
HR Drivers Licence.
Minimum 2 years' experience working on EPIROC drills (D65 and PV231).
Strong problem-solving ability including diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across various fleets and machinery.
Experience in an open pit mining environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
Must present with a “Can Do” attitude to work and safety.
