They offer a creative, fast-paced environment and a collaborative team culture.With continued growth and system investment, they're now looking for a Systems Accountant to support their finance tech stack and process improvements.About the RoleYou'll be the go-to person for finance systems-managing the ERP, supporting upgrades, and driving automation across reporting and processes.It's a great fit for an accountant who enjoys working between finance and tech in a creative, high-energy industry.Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain core finance systems (ERP, budgeting, reporting tools)
  • Act as the systems subject matter expert within the finance team
  • Lead system upgrades, testing (UAT), and integrations
  • Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards
  • Partner with teams across the business to streamline processes
  • Provide training and support to finance users
  • Assist with reporting and data accuracy during month-end
Skills and Experience
  • CA/CPA qualified with 4-6+ years' experience in commercial finance or FP&A
  • Strong systems experience-ideally with ERPs like NetSuite, SAP, or similar
  • Excellent Excel and data skills
  • Confident communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, creative business
