- Driving sales to achieve Plan and Key Metric Performance goals
- Daily communication of sales goals and KPI's and promotional activity to KCR team
- Lead by Example with Superior Customer Service and hands-on demonstration of skincare products
- Observe selling interactions and be able to provide effective feedback for improvement
- Maintain, develop and oversee Customer Registry Program
- Train and motivate KCR's
- Attend Seminars and Training Management Meetings
- Active in Outreach programs to bring business into the store
- Plan and execute incremental events to attract new customers
- Demonstrate expert skincare product knowledge and application techniques
- Support new customer acquisition through offering skincare consultation and a customised experience for each Kiehl's customer
- Maintaining the counter quality and merchandising
- Master Kiehl's product knowledge and current beauty/skincare trends
- Work closely with the Counter Manager and other Kiehl's Customer Representatives to achieve set sales targets
- Management experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication Skills
- Skincare experience preferred
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Experience in retail with five-star customer service
- A passion for providing a unique customer experience
