- Assist underwriters with administrative support, including policy documentation, data entry, and file management.
- Liaise with brokers, clients, and insurers to provide timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases.
- Support the preparation of reports, compliance documentation, and audits.
- Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Previous experience in insurance administration, underwriting, or broking preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer service mindset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with insurance systems highly regarded.
