It is this blend of technical expertise and the personal relationships we have with our clients that sets us apart from our competitors.About the RoleThis fantastic opportunity is for a Junior Solicitor to join our growing Recoveries team in our Sydney or Melbourne office. Ideally, you will be a 1-2 PQE lawyer with a keen interest in insurance litigation.This fast-paced role will see you managing a practice of litigated and unlitigated motor vehicle property damage recoveries and settlements matters under the supervision and guidance of our Recoveries Principals. You will receive constant mentoring from Senior Lawyers and will form part of our wider Recoveries Team which boasts a collegiate, innovative and collaborative culture, making it the perfect environment for you to develop your advocacy skills, strategic-advice work, and practice management skills.About youTo be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

Genuine interest in insurance law or litigation
1-2 years post - admission experience in an Insurance practice, preferably with some motor or property damage recoveries experience
Ability to work fast and meticulously with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skill
Ability to work collaboratively with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy
A great work ethic and be keen to learn and develop your career
A hard working and dedicated approach to your practice
