
Graduate AI ML Engineer

- Model Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for computer vision applications, large language model implementations, and churn prediction systems
- UI Design: Create intuitive user interfaces for AI/ML tools and dashboards that enable business users to interact with complex models
- Data Extraction: Develop robust data pipelines and extraction processes to support model training and inference
- Automation: Build automated workflows and systems to streamline AI/ML operations and model deployment
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across editorial, marketing, product, and technology teams
- Research & Innovation: Stay current with latest AI/ML developments and contribute to the team's technical strategy
- Mathematics or Statistics
- Data Analytics or Data Science
- Engineering (any discipline)
- Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
- Computer Science
- Strong interest in AI/ML and their real-world applications
- Intermediate Python programming skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Understanding of computer vision or natural language processing (NLP) concepts
- Experience with data visualization and UI/UX principles
- Previous internships or projects related to AI/ML
