You'll help shape and share the stories behind our social initiatives, including Westpac Foundation, Westpac Scholars, and our broader community programs. From digital strategy to content creation, you'll ensure our work reaches the right audiences in meaningful ways. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with flexible working arrangements available.What do I need?We're looking for a digital communications professional who's passionate about social impact and confident navigating cross-functional teams. You'll bring:
  • Experience designing and delivering digital campaigns across web, social, and email platforms.
  • Strong content creation skills, with an eye for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • A solid understanding of website management, SEO, and digital user experience.
  • The ability to interpret data and translate insights into performance improvements.
  • Familiarity with grants, scholarships, or social impact programs (preferred but not essential).
